One dare not questioned my ability to adapt in new environment. I spent half of my life in seven different cities, and still counting! I’m a city girl. And I am suburb woman at once. I’m used to ethnic diversity. I even understand vernaculars of Javanese, Minangese & Balinese.
It’s a fate that my husband is ditto. Much the same, his childhood was spent in eight different cities in Indonesia.
