Fail, Fail Again, Fail Better

taken from there

Nope, my career didn’t go into a tailspin. I don’t get fired either.

I’m seriously asking you now, have you ever grappled with a broken heart in non-love-related? Be it failed in pursuing your degree or career. I dealt with all above. Over time, I learned that the best way to deal with is keeping yourself improved. I think it took me longer than it should have to figure that out. To be honest, I can’t say that I already bounce back after my last failure. I still don’t know about that.

Five years ago I applied for a career in one of government institutional. I somehow ended up as one of the candidates that failed the medical test. Three years later I applied for many scholarship program (that’s why I had an official IELTS score while my colleagues didn’t). Still, apparently luck still closed its doors for me.

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. This beginning of the year I got another chance to take another position in that institution recruitment (me on being persistent). Guess what, I passed the test I’ve failed before and move to next phase: interview with user. I was the only candidate for the position. Look how big my chance was. But still.. I failed the test

People say that third time’s the charm, eh? I hope so. Cheers 😀
