So it’s been officially six years and seven months. I met Farra on November 2005. We were on the same employee recruitment batch in my previous company. I was her roommate in Education and Training Division dormitory. During training program, we both were assigned to the same branch for On the Job Training. After having 8 months learning, we were put in the same group, Delivery Channel Group. Years later we’re even on the same batch on company scholarship program and we both finally made it (tho I resigned due to marriage with my co-worker). As far as i know she is incredibly optimistic and high on life. She’s usually peppy and make the best out of every situation. She’s also fun to be around and can brighten anyone’s day.
She’s been my husband’s classmate on scholarship preparation program. I got an update from my husband that she’ll pursue her degree in UNSW. I’m not sure about the concentration she’ll take. Since the Aussie graduate programs start earlier than US and UK program, she will hit the ground running earlier.
At the beginning of last week she invited me over to have fun. It’s hard to resist the invitation, especially when she mentioned that she contacts another co-worker also. In the middle of conversation she told me that she’ll leave in the next FOUR DAYS. What a surprise! I didn’t think that she departs that fast!
