Speaking about residence, apartment is not an option for most Indonesian. We tend to choose living in landed house. Blame it on Jakarta unbelievable traffic jam, I change my mind about a future home to family. I don’t want to spend hours in the middle of nowhere, grumbling about being stuck. Hence I choose to reside in such a tall building in the downtown. Lucky me for having husband who has same idea like me.
He bought a unit apartment before our marriage, intended to be our beloved home. Sure it has pros and cons. You can’t win at everything.
