First point at my earlier post comes up! Last night one of the renters sent me short message:
Her : “Mbak, Building Management has applied access card to all resident in my tower. But I can’t take the card by myself since my status as your tenant. Could you please set up power of attorney? I request the card once the letter has been ready”
Me : “Oh… Okay then”
Like I said, many things popped out.
